Account privacy
We store your Discord identifier and username for sign-in, a seven-day session, your saved profile, and submissions. Discord access tokens are discarded after sign-in. Your optional screenshot and character description are public. Published article corrections, edit reasons, evidence, and your character name are public in edit history. New-guide proposals are visible to you and moderators until editorial publication. Item identification screenshots and written evidence are visible to you and moderators. Approved item names, article links, and verified details appear on equipment profiles; review decisions are retained.
