Characteristics

- This location is available for the themes Gothic, Manor, and House of Legends. It can be acquired for 750 cash.
- As a base location, 9616 Mason Place provides very little benefits. Apart from random citizens walking by and nodes of Exo-Material spawning on the outside, the area has no activity (the same applies to the district). Its back faces the entrance of 9448 Hope St.
