Biography
- Origin: Bombshells Initiative
- > "Sorry 'bout your ceiling, but I just had ta drop in and see yah!"
- Harley crossed into England to escape her East Coast gangster background, but kept her devil-may-care chaotic lifestyle.
- Hooking up with Pamela Isley, they were recruited together by Amanda Waller for The Bombshells.
- She has fun creating chaos, no matter which side she's helping.
