Arkham Asylum Cavern is an iconic lair address located below the Arkham Asylum building in Gotham City's Arkham Island.

The entrance to the cavern is located at the base of the hill where Asylum sits, on the eastern side near the back of the building and the Arkham Cemetery. It is one of the four locations for lairs available at Arkham Island, the others being the Arkham Asylum Loft, the Arkham Asylum Viaduct, and Arkham Asylum's Gazebo Roof.

This location is available for the themes Atlantean, Cave, Sunstone Fortress, and Volcano. It can be acquired for 3250 cash and 25 Source Marks.
As a base location, Asylum has a few advantages, especially for the players who haven't purchased the Teleporter amenity from the Marketplace / Loyalty Vendor.
The island is part of the content for the Home Turf episode, which features daily missions, a weekly mission and a bounty for villains that can be started at the Island Dock, and a bounty for heroes that spawns across random locations in the island (including the Asylum rooftop). It the episode also includes rare collections that can only be gathered from nodes across the island, and most of them grants a free amenity for the character that completed them: Base Amenity: R&D Station from Arkham's Personal Collection and Base Amenity: Mailbox from Phobias; the Asylum Contraband collection can also be found there, but it rewards the player with a simple Playhouse Chair, which is only useful for players who haven't got the item to complete the Playscape feat.
Once the player has exhausted the content from the episode, there's not much to do on the island, except from the Exo-Material nodes that can be found in the area.

The entrance to the cavern is located right next to one of the Morrowbot spawning points.
