• Authorities from the outside cannot be made aware of T.O. Morrow's actions at Arkham Asylum. Destroy the police convoy that is making its way across the bridge from Gotham toward the island.

• Use debris from the area surrounding the bridge to build a barricade to prevent access from Gotham City
• Defeat the GCPD troops on the bridge heading to Arkham Asylum
• Set fire to the GCPD Commander on the bridge heading to Arkham Asylum
• Return to the Envirotech Docks on Arkham Island and speak to Morrowbot U14
