Synopsis
- "The speed demon known as Johnny Quick and his diminutive "shortcakes" Atomica have an interesting history, just ask Detective Leonard Snart."
Part 1: Mad Love

- Investigation: GCPD Officer Snart: "Case file: 2234. Detective Leonard Snart reporting. Jonathan Allen AKA Johnny Quick and his girlfriend Rhonda Pineda have been on a crime spree to rival Bonnie and Clyde. Their penchant for violence only rivals their perverse lust for one another. Detective Rory and I have sworn not to rest until these two monsters are brought to justice."
Part 2: Natural Born Killers

- Investigation: GCPD Officer Snart: "Case file: 2234. Detective Leonard Snart reporting. Allen and Pineda set fire to a middle school yesterday. No demands, no ransom, for no other reason than to watch it burn. Mick and I managed to save all of the children, but two teachers paid the ultimate price. These two can run like the devil, but there isn't a small enough hole for them to hide from us."
Part 3: Nowhere Left To Run

Part 4: Rebirth

- Investigation: GCPD Officer Snart: "Case file 2234: Detective Leonard Snart reporting. That bolt of lightning that hit Allen transformed him and Pineda. Allen, or Johnny Quick, as he call himself, is able to move faster than the eye can see. Pineda, now using the alias Atomica, fell through the skylight onto experimental shrinking tech, and can now shrink to the size of an atom. We barely made it out of there with our lives."
Part 5: Running with the Devil

- Investigation: GCPD Officer Snart: "Case file 2234: Detective Leonard Snart reporting. My worst nightmares are confirmed. Johnny Quick and Atomica have joined forces with Owlman, Superwoman, and Ultraman to form some kind of Crime Syndicate. What can one good man with a badge and a gun do against gods? I'll tell you what he can't do...quit. I may not be Q-Ranger or Sir Solomon Grundy, but I'm not quitting until Allen and Pineda pay for their crimes. Not until I'm dead."
