Overview
- The CR 210 Advance is a per character unlock via the character selection screen of the game or during Character Creation.
- In addition to giving gear that could bring a character to Combat Rating 210 and some other useful items, using this option would permanently unlock the Earth 3 episode for all characters on the account.

- Upon usage of this advance players receive a message from the Daybreak Game Company, accessible from any Mail Terminal.

Trivia
- The advance makes the player character ready to start/continue with Earth 3 episode content. They would still be within the relevant CR range of previous episodes, Age of Justice and Riddled with Crime, however.
- The advance's release coincides with all episodes free to play in January 2019; however, for their respective story missions, it appears only those from Home Turf, Sons of Trigon, and Earth 3 are automatically started if a fresh character uses the advance.
- The advance includes a raise to 85 skill points.
- The advance is available for buying during Character Creation and from the character select menu for 4999 Daybreak Cash. It is not available on the marketplace.
- As of early 2019 there is a bug in which if you use the advance (it is uncertain whether it is advance-specific) on a new character and take off all gear, you arrive at 299 Power, yet if you are at full power you can cast any abilities that cost 300 power for free and you can use them indefinitely, but they would do no damage and have no effect.
