- Distressed Citizens are citizens found on top of buildings who are apparently driven to commit suicide for various reasons.
Involvement
- Hero players could interact with them to talk them out of it as part of the mission A Daily Dose of Heroism.
- Villain players could punch them off the roof and let them plunge to their deaths as part of the mission A Daily Dose of Villainy.
