- Access to this content is available to all players for free. This open world mission is available to all Level 20+ players — stat buffs will be applied as needed. The target stats are boosted to a Combat Rating of 174 or 209 dependent on if player's Equipped CR is respectively below or above 194 (the CR for enemies in this zone).

- Defeat either of the controlled iconics in the map. The mission will be completed automatically. All of the characters use their usual abilities plus Starro Beam. Attacking them will attract other Starro's nearby.

- Controlled Black Lightning:; North of the western market, under the Mercury Communications Sign; By the tall building next to the S.T.A.R. Labs outpost, on the street leading to the Combines Arena; On the roof of the building west of Mera's dome.
- Controlled Kid Flash:; Western roof of the Flash Museum; Across the street from the river bank, by the Bakery near Mera's dome'; By the Flash Statue at the Park.
- Controlled Trickster:; At the intersection north of the Flash Museum; At the Hotel northwest of Flash Museum, under the Diane's Diamonds sign.; Northeast of Flash Museum, above the Central City Comics store.
- Controlled Weather Wizard:; On the top of the tall building next to the S.T.A.R. Labs outpost; On the very top of the Flash Museum; On the top of the M* Bank building next to the LexCorp outpost.
