- Forever Evil is a global briefing that can be found in locations of the Earth 3: The Visitor duo and the Earth 3: The Panopticon and Earth 3: The Escape raids. There are five parts that comprise this briefing. It is part of the Earth 3 episode.

- Location: To the east of the entrance where you walk in to fight Ultraman.
- Briefing: Ultraman:" The Syndicate is unstoppable with me leading it. Planets will kneel at my feet if I wish it! It is only fitting that I am serviced by the most worthy woman on the planet. I have found a super-woman whose beauty, strength and ruthlessness will produce my ideal offspring. If anyone opposes me, be it, Luthor, Owlman, or my Superwoman... I will destroy them without remorse. No one stands agaisnt me!"

- Briefing: Owlman: " With the little resistance against us dead or missing, this Syndicate we've formed is tentative at best. I need to consider all exit strategies. Note to Self: Locate and destroy all sources of Kryptonite planet side. Begin development of yellow solar radiation cannon. Monitor frequency of Superwoman's visits to Ultraman's quarters. End Note."

- Briefing: Superwoman:" My designs for the Crime Syndicate are simple. Owlman and Ultraman will aid me in acquiring what I want because they both desire to possess me. They will murder anyone including each other to earn my touch. I will sit at the head of the table, clinging tightly to which ever one serve me best but in the end I will stand alone. I will be unchallenged in my position because I am the strongest, most desirable woman on the planet. No man can best me, no woman can match me. I am Superwoman."

- Briefing: Johnny Quick :" So I joined The Crime Syndicate because it seemed like a cool idea; all the biggest, bad asses on the planet making the mouth-breathing dredges bow down to us. But honestly, me and Atomica have always been aces on our own and the more I hang with these douche nozzles, the more I realize how LAME they can be. Money and power are nice but me and shortcakes; we get our kicks from more carnal pleasures, if you catch my drift. Nothing hotter than watching some stupid brat cry his eyes out as you drag his mom around at Mach five... For the moment, we're in. Be we're still getting OUR kicks one way or another."

It is an Earth like our own, but filled with heroes, fighting for the downtrodden and exploited. I pray the greatest of them will succeed where I have not. I will beg them to help me defeat the Crime Syndicate and bring peace and justice to this world."
