Description
- Pierce an enemy with a sharp blast of freezing energy, causing damage.
- Power Interactions : Frostbitten enemies take additional damage.
- Tank Role : Taunts a single target to attack you instead of others. The effect is more powerful and will not be broken by a standard Tank Role taunt.

Notes
- Ice Boulder, Resonating Gale and Wintry Tempest can be used to set up Frost Snipe for additional damage.
- While used on encased enemies giant icy spikes will come out of the ground.
- It's shooting animation is same as Freeze Ray, and very similar to Bizarro's freeze vision.

- The posture in which the player character shoots the bolt used to change according to the weapon type of what the player is wielding. When wielding Dual Pistols, the player actually fired two bolts at once, but it would only do one hit. Currently, all Weapon Types use the same animation of shooting from the left hand.
