Overview
- Frozen Heart is a collection of Investigations that can be found scattered across the Burnley district of the city of Gotham, near quest objectives for the classic story arc Arkham Unleashed. There are 6 parts that comprise this set.
Synopsis
- These icicles are extremely hard and cold, and each seems to contain a small slip of paper. These missives might offer insight into Freeze's plans and motives - well worth the effort of defrosting these chill communications.

- Location: Villains will find this part inside Gotham Mercy Hospital instance (walk-in or duo), in the last room where you find Coldcut, next to the southern wall fan. A node for this part is also available for all players in the open-world zone, on the platform of a train station next to the villain rally point north of Gotham Mercy General Hospital (northwest of the Gotham Natural Science Museum).
- Investigation: Mister Freeze: " Cold Cut - I don't trust these scum any further than you can throw them. Keep watch over the diamonds and watch for a double-cross."

- Location: Villains will find this part inside Gotham Mercy Hospital instance (walk-in or duo), next to Nora Fries's chamber in the first room. A node for this part is also available for all players in the open-world zone, on the lower roof by the round tower of the Gotham Mercy General Hospital facing south, in the corner in front of a door (near Part 4); above the Café facing the train tracks.
- Investigation: Mister Freeze: " My dearest Nora, my wife. I would rather see the world buried under an ice age than see a hair on your head harmed."
