- Location: Three blocks east and one block south of the canal, at rooftop level.

The world has a lot to thank me for!" " Icon: Get the facts straight, Rocket. I own that house. The one you broke into. You should be thankful I didn't call the cops."
Part 2: A Better World
- Zone: Dakota City
- Location: At the west-side streetlevel of the block two blocks down and three blocks right from the northwest corner of the area.

- Briefing: Icon:" I have been on Earth for several centuries now, and in that time, had given up on improving life here. I had come to believe that the morality of human beings was too primitive. But meeting Rocket, someone who has suffered the worst of this planet, and seeing her still have hope inspired me. Now, I hope you get it right this time."
Part 4: Never Forget
- Zone: Dakota City

| " People like to hate on Dakota City. Especially the part where I'm from. But if they really knew what was going on here, and what we've been through, they wouldn't just judge us based on incendiary headlines in the news. I hope you got a chance to see this is a place worth saving, and that just like everywhere else, we have heroes too. And if you didn't, at least you get this." |
