Roleless Buffs
- Roleless buff group proximity detection now ignores line of sight
- Controllerless Buff; Reduced power regeneration to 2% per second, down from 4% per second.; Added a 10% Defense buff to account for Controller Debuffs.
- Healerless Buff; Increased health regeneration threshold to 80%, up from 75%.; Increased the heal while blocking health threshold to 50%, up from 35%.; Doubled the heal while blocking below 50% health, and added fly-text for better messaging.
NPC Stats
- Reduced NPC Willpower (and thus Suggested Dominance) for NPCs below CR 115.
