Particle Beam is an Atomic power that becomes available at Level 16.

Description

Shoot your target with a heavy beam of energized particles, damaging it.
Power Interactions : Dazed enemies take additional damage.
Tank Role : Taunts a single target to attack you instead of others. The effect is more powerful and will not be broken by a standard Tank Role taunt.
