Outrage	Tap Melee	Outrage	Perform Outrage a second time.
Revenge	Hold Melee	Revenge Spin	Continue ferociously lunging at your enemies, damaging and knocking them back.
Frenzy	Tap Melee; (x 6)	Frenzy	Subsequent frenzy combo attacks are faster than the last.
Dreadful Blast	Hold Range; (x 2)	Dreadful Explosion	Vulnerable to Interrupt; Continue attacking to cause additional damage to enemies at range.
Frenetic Bombardment	Tap Range; (x 4)	Frenetic Bombardment	Continue detonating Rage energy in rapid succession, damaging your target and nearby enemies
