- Security Enforcers can be found inside the Containment Facility of the Watchtower but have been altered by Brainiac to believe anything within the facility, hero or villain, is a hostile.

- Security Enforcers will fight Meta Villains as they attempt to free Lex Luthor from the Watchtower.
