Overview

Supply Drop Uplink Device is an epic trinket available from the dispenser in a player character's base.
When activated, an area is generated around you that fully recharges Health and Power once to all players that enter it. Lair System is required to obtain this trinket, but any player of the same morality can have their stats restored by another player's trinket.

Level 1 - Calls down a Supply Drop that Heals Allies who pass through it.
Level 2 - Calls down a Supply Drop that Heals Allies who pass through it instantly and over time.
Level 3 - Calls down a Supply Drop that Heals and restores Power instantly and over time to allies who pass through it, and increases their damage output.
