Victor Zsasz

A true sociopath, Victor Zsasz, also known as Mr. Zsasz, is a psychopathic serial killer in Gotham City who carves a tally mark onto his flesh for each of his victims. He has saved a special spot for Batman. Above all else, Zsasz represents what the Dark Knight hates most – pure, insane, unadulterated and remorseless evil.
