Overview
- WayneCorp is a large multinational conglomerate based in the Alternate Gotham City.
- Originally created, owned and run by members of the Wayne Family, the conglomerate was inherited by Bruce Wayne following the death of his parents and adoption by Future Lex Luthor.
- Merging Wayne Enterprises with LexCorp, Bruce Wayne took control of the Gotham City Organized Crime Family and used the underground to further expand his business empire and eliminate potential competition in the form of other heroes and villains.
