Overview

Ally: Krypto is a rare item which summons an ally who provides assistance to players during gameplay.

Origin: Krypton
[Heroes]
> "Arf? Arf!"
[Villains]
> "Arf? Grrr..."
Originally sent to Earth in a test rocket, Krypto the Superdog arrived some years after Superman's own rocket.
He is a loyal friend to Superman, Supergirl, and everyone in the Superman Family, as well as the founding member of the Legion of Super-Pets.
He enjoys walks, super-strength scritches[SIC], and being told what a good boy he is.
Apparently sent to Earth along with Superman, Krypto the Superdog shares many standard Kryptonian powers.
He is a trusted pet to Superman and Supergirl, as well as a high-ranking member of the Legion of Super-Pets.
He can be tricked with the right treats and encouraging words... until a real member of the Super Family shows up, that is.

Lvl 3	Increases average yield from gathering Exo-Materials by 20%
Lvl 4	Increases average yield from gathering Exo-Materials by 60%
Lvl 5	Increases average yield from gathering Exo-Materials by 100%

Against non-bosses, Krypto's Heat Vision deals about 10% more damage than Ally: Oracle-Bot's Wrist Rockets, but against bosses, he is observed to deal more than twice as much damage, similar to Ally: House of Legends Bot's Shock Jock. However, Ally: Krypto is the best rare ally to use against bosses, as Krypto's damage is faster, applies burning, and his passive is not useful in combat.
Contrary to the description, when used as support ally, the amount of Exo-Materials picked up per node increases to 6 (for non-members) or 10 (for members). Normally, it is assumed that non-members have equal chance in obtaining 1, 2, or 3 Exo-Materials while members obtain an additional 1. This would indicate Krypto on average boosts yield by +200% for non-members, and +300% for members.

This ally was released on July 28th, 2022 as a nod to the release of the animated movie DC League of Super-Pets.
