Ally: Oracle-Bot is one of the only 4 Rare (blue) allies, making it one of the easiest allies to obtain and max (it is also available for free to heroes). Ally: Oracle-Bot's active offers strong unconditional single-target damage. However, Ally: Krypto is also a Rare ally and his signature ability deals slightly more damage (even more against bosses) and applies a burning effect, making Krypto a stronger option as long as you do not need his passive.
With the Ally Update, the Bot gained abilities that are native to the Gadgets powerset.; The bot will cast the ability Sticky Bomb twice per summon.

This ally was released with the introduction of the Ally System.
In combat log, Oracle-Bot's signature ability is registered as Rocket Barrage.
Before game update 139, Ally: Oracle-Bot's supporting ability was repairing gear over time. This was changed due to the mechanic being removed with GU39 - previously, gear could be damaged in battle and would break if not repaired.
The quote in the biography for heroes is referring to the events of the one-shot Batman: The Killing Joke by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland (1988).
In the quote in the biography for villains, Oracle is referring to Batman.
For villains, the origin of Oracle-Bot appears as "[Location Redacted]".
