- From the 25th century, Eobard Thawne was so obsessed with the Flash that he recreated the Flash's powers just to travel back in time and meet his hero. Disappointed by what he found, he vowed to erase Flash from the timeline and become his replacement. His offer of assistance should be regarded with extreme suspicion.

Trivia
- This ally was released with the introduction of the Ally System.
- Ally: Professor Zoom was originally an epic and had only one passive ability. After the Ally Update, he was upgraded to Legendary tier - gaining a second passive ability and increased price. All descriptions also were altered. Players who acquired the ally prior to the update weren't charged for the upgrade.
