Burn Like My Power

Burn Like My Power is a story blog released on May 2025 on the game's website.

Overview

In Sector 1417, Yellow Lantern Karu-Sil reports to Sinestro that the recent terrorist attacks on random planets were made by the Black Circle, a criminal organisation formerly led by Amon Sur, now a member of the Sinestro Corps. She is ordered to investigate whether he is leading it again and hunt him down if he turns out to be traitorous.
Karu-Sil infiltrates a Qwardian invasion fleet headed for Mogo and finds Amon Sur among them, the suspicion confirmed.

This story blog features interior artwork from Green Lantern Vol 4 #19 (2007) by Dave Gibbons, and Green Lantern Vol 4 #22 (2007) by Ivan Reis.
Karu-Sil was first mentioned in the game by Lyssa Drak during the Oan Sciencells alert ( Fight for the Light episode).
The Sector 1417 was designated to Sinestro when he was a Green Lantern. Korugar, one of the planets in the sector, which was forced by Sinestro to revere him. While Sinestro was training Hal Jordan, the Korugans rebelled against his tyranny, and the Guardians banned him from the Corps. After the first War of Light, Korugar was reclaimed by Sinestro. This story was alluded in the Headline Lantern's Light / Duo Mode: Willpower Wins.
The title is a reference to the Sinestro Corps oath.
