Overview
- Creatures of the Shadowlands is a collection of Investigations that can be found inside quest locations for the story arc Hearts of Darkness. There are 6 parts that comprise this set.
Synopsis
- In the depths of the Shadowlands dwell numerous horrific creatures. This shadow realm powers the abilities of numerous villains and creatures; returning from this realm with living samples would grant you the favor of a number of powerful spellcasters.

- Location: First room inside Limbo, upper level.

Part 3: Skittering Dusk

- Location: Last room, on a recess to the North (ground-level)
- Investigation: Blood Priest: " Blood Priest Chronicle: Skittering Dusks are rather difficult to catch, what with the nasty snapping beaks! Both of them."
Part 4: Liquid Murk
- Zone: Metropolis
- Region: Historic District
- Instance: Oblivion Bar Walk-In / Shadowlands Duo
- Location: In the Shadowlands portion, right after the portal.
- Investigation: Blood Priest: " Blood Priest Chronicle: If you aren't careful Liquid Murk will slip right through your fingers."
