Background
- Having been a loyal servant to Darkseid for many years, he acts as chief scientist and torturer. His sadistic nature makes him take great pleasure in the pain he causes. This makes him dangerous and deadly, although he maintains a sniveling and subservient attitude towards his master. He is a member of Darkseid's Elite.
