Walkthrough
- Fight your way through the Ultraviolet Lantern Corps with John Stewart until you confront Ultraviolet Sinestro inside the base building, who leaves behind a Construct (based on one of the original 6 Mentors) to fight you. Its most notable attack is Ultraviolet Freeze, which freezes one player solid and the other player must use an interrupt attack to stop it. Walking into the ultraviolet forcefields on the side of the room would cause heavy constant damage.
- Going back in the open area, you fight Ultraviolet Sinestro himself. His deadliest attack is Ultraviolet Outburst, which causes massive damage to anyone outside John Stewart's force bubble that appears when Sinestro is about to use that attack. Sinestro also summons numerous constructs at once; upon their defeat, they remain on the ground, and when the full wave is defeated, all defeated constructs simultaneously explode.
- An image of Perpetua appears and "rewards" Sinestro's doom-bringing by binding him to her throne. Alpha Lex Luthor appears and taunts Sinestro for his failure and only worthy of feeding Perpetua. After fighting through another wing of the moon base, you confront Alpha Lex Luthor. He is fairly simple other than that Source Creations would spawn constantly from the south side of the room. They use Hand Blast and their numbers and damage can rack up very quickly, so it is important to kill them, which is easy since they have low health. There is a health barrel next to the north wall.
- Upon Alpha Lex Luthor's defeat, he calls out to Perpetua for aid, but to his chagrin, she proclaims he is not deserving of the Source energy and siphons it off him, reverting him to regular Lex Luthor. Furious, Lex denounces Perpetua and belittles the Monitor's plan to oppose her, stating he will lead himself.

Trivia
- Sinestro's fate would later be revealed during Dark Knights: Return to Earth 3.
- Lex Luthor returns after his disappearance at the end of BoP: Fire & Brimstone. After losing his Source energy, his armor returned to a green and purple colour scheme, although it retained its sleeker design. His old, bulkier warsuit can be seen side by side in BoP: Fire & Brimstone, briefly commandeered by Jimmy Olsen. He retains the old suit in most instances, but the new design is retroactively applied to Lex in the base game.
- The rocket at Lex's moon base is emblazoned with "SPACELEX", likely an allusion to SpaceX, a real-life space company.
