Walkthrough
- The fourth site is on a container in a cargo ship by the docks southwest of the Hazardous Waste Site mission hub.
- The option to interact with each a graffiti is only available if your character is positioned in the center of the image and with their feet on the ground.
- The feat is completed upon interacting with the graffiti. It is not possible to interact more than once per character.
