Overview

Socialite Selina Kyle donates to the Martha Wayne Foundation.
The Martha Wayne Foundation is the social and cultural branch of Wayne Foundation, the Wayne Enterprises' charity organization. It is owned by Bruce Wayne.

Created by the late Martha Wayne, mother of Bruce Wayne, the foundation supports artists, free schools and orphanages. It also sponsors and runs soup kitchens in Gotham City.
Booster Gold works for Martha Wayne Foundation as a poster boy for campaigns against the acts of super-villain crimes in both Metropolis and Gotham City during the Brainiac's incursion to retrieve the Exobytes.

In the Alternate version of Gotham City in which the Wayne Family wasn't killed in Crime Alley, Martha Wayne runs the Foundation. She intends to run a charity event with Black Canary, Huntress, and other heroes.
