Trivia
- Since 2022 the Pot O'Gold has also been located in the House of Legends alongside the event taskmasters. Since 2025 the taskmasters & vendors have also been located in Metropolis near 8th Precinct Metropolis Science Police HQ.
- In 2025, event currency prices were discounted approximately 25% of the new increased price during the first week of the event, and raised to full for the final week. Both prices are shown in the table. It is worth noting that even with discount items did cost more compared to previous years.
- In 2025 partly unreasonable price increases were introduced, e.g. the Tartan Chroma Pack was raised from 35 to 100 (75 first week) event tokens. This is an item relevant for a feat, not an optional style item. This is remarkable since the previous price politics were to lower the prices on older event items to make it easier for new player characters to catch up. Also, all regular base items were increased from 6 to 10 (7 first week). Some items from yesteryear were also lowered. There seems no apparent logic behind it, maybe Mister Mxyzptlk made the new prices himself? The event progression instance is an alert and yields 8 event tokens per day, meaning you have to invest 10 minutes to get one base item. This does not seem like sound in-game economy.
- In 2026, many base item prices that were bumped up in 2025 were reduced from 10 to 6 (from 7 to 4 first week prices) in keeping with other seasonal vendor pricing models. Still many high prices for a 2 week event that only yields 4 daily event currency from open world, and 8 from the bonus alert, plus 8 for the weekly.
- Also in 2026, per HotFix update notes, the 25% discount on seasonal vendor items was allowed to continue throughout the entire event rather than just the first week. This is most likely due to the inevitability that players would need to purchase event currency in Marketplace in order to afford purchasing some of the new rewards offered this year if the discount was not in place.
