Overview
- Scarecrow's Streetgang is the name of a group of thugs that work for the Scarecrow in Gotham City.
- Usually made up of common thugs and muscle-men, the gang is augmented by the Scarecrow's Fear Gas chemicals which warp the perceptions of their victims to make the gang members seem ethereal and demonic.
- As such the "roster" of the gang can range from a common criminal to a vast gallery of monstrous and misleading hallucinations.
Involvement
- Having being captured and returned to Arkham Asylum, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy and Mister Freeze team up and take over the asylum, forcing both New Heroes and New Villains to confront them to free the institution.
