As the artifact is upgraded over time it changes its rarity, ranks 0 to 39 have common, ranks 40 to 79 uncommon, ranks 80 to 119 rare, ranks 120 to 159 epic, ranks 160 to 180 legendary and rank 200 artifact rarity.

Talon Strike
Grants new precision-based single target attack. This attack will reset your hit counter.
Alter the effects Talon Strike based on your hit counter:
8-12: Talon Strike hits target for base damage and applies Bleed damage over time for 12 seconds.
13+: Talon Strike hits target for 200% of base damage.
If target is affected by Bleed, your 13+ hit counter Talon Strike hits for 300% of base damage.
Talon Strike hits up to 8 targets.
