Whirlwind Attack is a Flight and Skimming power that becomes available at Level 9.

Requires 1 point in Flight
Whips winds into a maelstrom frenzy as you circle enemies, knocking them down and dealing damage over time.

Tap Melee after using Whirlwind Attack will perform a Swoop Attack combo if the Swooping Combos Feet Equipment Mod is equipped.

While the player character visually flies in circles during Whirlwind Attack, their actual position remains in the middle of the circle where they begin and end.
Whirlwind Attack causes the user to fly in circles 4 times anticlockwise, and at the same time damage and drag targets 4 times anticlockwise as well, although targets do not complete even 1 full circle even if it is not resisted.
Cooldown begins when Whirlwind Attack ends. It can be ended prematurely by moving or attacking.
