This is the first artifact to ever actually require a role to function.
As the artifact is upgraded over time it changes its rarity, ranks 0 to 39 have common, ranks 40 to 79 uncommon, ranks 80 to 119 rare, ranks 120 to 159 epic, ranks 160 to 180 legendary and rank 200 artifact rarity.

Birds' Blitz
While in Controller Role, coordinate an attack with the Birds of Prey, applying Expose Weakness to your target. All Controller debuffs now last 6 seconds.
Expose Weakness
Oracle's attack reduces target's defense.
Black Canary's attack reduces target's healing ability.
Huntress' attack reduces target's damage.
Siphon Weakness
On hitting an enemy target with 3 debuffs on it, will grant power to you and your group members.
Double the amount of power granted by Siphon Weakness.
