Birds' Blitz is an Artifact power that becomes available at B.O.P. Commlink Rank 80 when equipped.

Coordinate an attack with the Birds of Prey to fire a barrage of projectiles at target.
Control Role: Rank 80 B.O.P. Commlink
Reduces the target's defense.
Reduces the target's healing received.
Rank 160 B.O.P. Commlink
Reduces the target's damage output.

Rank 160 is required for the power to apply all three types of debuffs.
At Rank 160, it has perfect synergy with Parasite's Power Harness, applying 3 stacks of Parasite upon one use of Birds' Blitz on a target.
All Controller Supercharge Generators are also debuffs, which you would want to use even if the debuff is already covered. Light Weight Strike ( Light) and Shrapnel Grenade Launcher ( Munitions) have a slight advantage under rank 160, since they debuff enemy damage output, same as Huntress' attack.
This ability's damage is not affected by the damage reduction to 1 on mobs in holiday events, and thus can KO them in one hit.
