Overview
- Brainiac's Bottle Ship is a Tier 4 8 player operation in Episode 23 released in April 2016.

- Brainiac's Bottle Ship is part of Episode 23 together with The Will of Darkseid.
Story
- In Episode 22, General Zod and his followers escaped from the Phantom Zone! Lois Lane then tracked his Kryptonian forces to Lex Luthor's Science Spire in Metropolis, and there discovered what they were after – the secret coordinates to: Brainiac's Bottle Ship!
- Zod wants those coordinates and he'll do whatever it takes to get them – including using the Science Spire's enormous laser on the city of Metropolis. Superman and Lex Luthor are sending teams to get Zod out of the Spire and back under control, and you're up.
- Supergirl is on the way with her own vested interest in the location of the Bottle Ship, so she'll be by your side as you confront General Zod. Then things get really interesting.

Walkthrough
- Pay attention to door icons with a red background that appear multiple times in the Brainiac Bottle Ship section of this operation - interact with those consoles to shut doors that would otherwise let in an endless flood of Brainiac mobs. The Brainiac Brood Guardian boss also has those doors, and it would be immune to damage in the meantime.
- When you get to the room with four paths leading from it, you need to interact with both consoles, then go inside both paths to defeat the Brainiac Assassin Alpha/Zeta minibosses before the final path would open.
- Brainiac as the final boss is straightforward compared to his appearances in Batcave: Brainiac Sub-Construct or FP: Flash to the Future in normal difficulty. The only issue is his Brainiac Beam attack, which are thin orange lasers that can be hard to see, chases players rapidly and can deal a lot of damage continuously.
