After talking to Cyborg and clearing the mobs, enter the room to begin the boss fight.
Blackfire is a fairly straightforward event boss. Periodically, she would teleport to the center of the room, and unleashes her Omniblast that deals heavy damage (ignoring Shield Powers), which can be negated by standing behind the translucent portable shields. At certain health thresholds, she would summon 2 mobs for 3 times, or 6 in total.
