- Kaznian Necropolis Strike is a walk-in instance accessible via the Necropolis at Midnight portal in Kaznia City. It is used during the Day of Reckoning introduction mission series and may be freely accessed afterwards.
- It is the 1-player version of DoR: Kaznian Necropolis Assault (4-player alert) and DoR: Kaznian Necropolis Onslaught (8-player raid), both playable via the On Duty menu.

- Despite being very similar to the alert or raid, it shares its loot lock with DoR: Desecrated Mausoleum and Reckoning's Hideout instead, preventing you from getting loot from either if you have done Kaznian Necropolis Strike for the day, and vice versa. Since those 2 instances do not have a Second Subboss, you can get loot from Kaznian Necropolis Strike's Second Subboss (which is the "Escort" part of the instance) without affecting the loot locks in those 2 instances. However, if you have received loot from the Final Boss of those 2 instances, it will also loot lock the Second Subboss in Kaznian Necropolis Strike.

- The story of Kaznian Necropolis Strike differs somewhat from the alert and raid versions. Most notably, Felix Faust is confronted by The Reckoning (initially disguised as John Constantine), Voivode, or John Constantine himself in those 3 cases respectively. Presumably, as the story version in the Day of Reckoning introductory mission series, Kaznian Necropolis Strike is the "canon" outcome.
- During the introductory mission series, if you complete Kaznian Necropolis Strike but log out without exiting, you are deposited back into Kaznia City yet the mission will still tell you to exit to Kaznia City. You need to re-enter Kaznian Necropolis Strike - the scenario will reset, but you can simply warp back to Kaznia City to progress the mission.
