- Metal Part I is the introductory mission for the Metal Part I episode. It automatically appears in the player character's journal during the event or once the player character has reached a combat rating of 264.
Intro
- Rare, exotic metals are the key to victory in the war between our World and the Dark Multiverse. At the center of this conflict: Gotham City. Batman is missing so it's up to others to stop The Batman Who Laughs and his Dark Knights. Heroes and villains must join forces against the coming Darkness... or be consumed by it.
Objectives
- Use the On Duty menue to queue for and complete Metal Pt. I: Scarlet Speedster 1-Player Operation and investigate the red storms that envelope Central City
- Use Warp Menu or Teleporter in Hall of Doom to Travel to Metal Gotham City
- Speak with Nightwing in Metal Gotham City and let him know you're there to defend the city.
- Check in with Captain Hightower in Metal Gotham City to be briefed on Commissioner Gordon
- Enter the Police Annex in Metal Gotham City and rescue Commissioner Gordon
- Return to Captain Hightower in Metal Gotham City and let her know that Commissioner Gordon is safe.
- Use the On Duty menue to queue for and complete Metal Pt. I: Batcave Breach 4-Player Operation in response to a distress call from the Batcave
- Use the On Duty menue to queue for and complete the Metal Pt. I: False Idols 8-Player Operation and meet with Wonder Woman in Themyscira
- Use the On Duty menue to queue for and complete Metal Pt. I: Monsters of Metal 8-Player Operation and meet with Nightwing to confront Batman Who Laughs
