Notes
- Reflect Pain is limited to reflecting 25% of incoming damage in PVP arenas.
- The damage Reflect Pain does is applied to your target at the time of casting, not necessarily the source of enemy damage. It cannot negate damage if you do not have a target. If the incoming damage is from a non-attackable source (e.g. infected Civilians in Doomed Metropolis), you can target a random enemy to reflect that damage to the latter; conversely, even if you are being attacked by conventional enemies, if you don't set a target when you cast Reflect Pain, nothing would happen.
