How pitiful this "Undercurrent" must feel. They possess no magic that can breach the Crown and their former king is dead by my order. And so some flee to join the Undercurrent, while others whisper that the news of Arthur's demise may be false. Be it Arthur's ghost or the high council, they are all subject to the King's Law!'"
