- The Runes of the Norsemen's overall color-scheme consists of three colors that can be chosen by the Player in the Style Window. Specific sections of the style's pieces can also be allocated a more specific colour by the Player.
- Emblems do appear on this style.

- Collecting the full style set unlocks the feat Runes to My Memory (50 points).

- The Runes of the Norsemen costume pieces are a tad better than normal tier 4 PvE gear and were the best armor in the game before tier 5 was released.
- The Runes of the Norsemen costume pieces originally were the only armor pieces which neither dropped nor could be bought at a vendor. They have to be made at an R&D station from Codices found in eight player tier 4 operations of the Hand of Fate episode. Later they also became available at Vending Unit 22.
