- Rage Tempered Skulls can be acquired from the Blue Lantern Supplier in Frozen Mogo. They cost 5 Mogo Sprouts and $2000 Cash each.
- At launch, two Rage Tempered Skulls were granted to all characters.

- Task Tyrant gives a 25% chance to gain 2 bonus contribution for any relevant action (granted shortly after the normal amount). For Spreading Hope, if the Grieving Refugee turns into a Gray Lantern, triggering this normally gives 0 contribution, but it can still grant 2 bonus contribution.
