Random Sample

• Random Sample is one of the daily missions for heroes in the Ace Chemicals Clean Up Effort set from the Home Turf episode. It requires a combat rating of 60+.

• Help Steelworks and Envirotech with their research by gathering toxic material samples at Ace Chemicals.

• Escort the Envirotech Biologist to the first sample
• Signal to Envirotech Biologist then escort him to the next sample
• Defeat nearby goons guarding the Ace Chemicals catwalk [0/5]
• Signal to Envirotech Biologist then escort him to the next sample
• Meet the Envirotech Biologist on the roof
• Protect the chemical samples until they've been extracted
• Return to the Steelworks Communication Foreman near Ace Chemicals

• Follow the Navigation Diamond (if it's active in Settings > UI) to the Processing Vats at the northeast side of Ace Chemicals. You'll find the Envirotech Biologist on the ground, hiding in a corner from the enemies in the area. Interact with him to proceed.
• The Biologist will ask you to escort him to the upper levels. He will walk towards the enemies to the nearest door, located under the catwalk. You must engage the enemies and defeat them before the can knock out the Biologist. If you fail to protect him, the objective will restart. He will get inside and ask you to meet him on the second floor.

• Go to the door directly above the one the Biologist entered. Clean the area from enemies, then interact with the door. The Biologist will come out of it and go up the catwalk towards the main building. If you fail to protect him, the objective will restart. He will enter the next door.

• You must defeat 5 enemies to proceed. Only Ace Lieutenants, Mad Scientists, Ace Security Guards, and Ace Slashers will count. When you're done, go back to the door and interact with it.

• The Biologist will come out of the door, then go to the top of the catwalk, and enter the nearest door. Keep protecting him.

• Go to the door on the roof above you and interact with it. The Biologist will come out and place a container on the middle of the roof, and 3 waves of goons will come out of the door to attack you. After the second wave, a stronger goon named Chuckles will arrive. Defeat all of them while still protecting the Biologist. When you're done, a black Steelworks Robot will arrive to collect the container and the Biologist will thank you and go back inside. Go back the Steelworks Communication Foreman to finish the mission.
