- Follow the Navigation Diamond (if it's active in Settings > UI) to the southeast portion of Ace Chemicals, the Processing Vats area. Officer Nulty is on the bridge that leads to Arkham Island, protected behind a tower. Interact with him and he'll tell you what to do.

- If you don't have the Super-Strength Iconic Power, you'll have to interact with the robot crate near Officer Nulty to proceed (if you have spent 1 skill point in Traits > Iconic Powers > Super-Strength, skip this step). The crate will give you the Steelworks Power Suit, which grants you the ability to lift heavy objects. The suit will wear off after 5 minutes, but you can go back to the crate to activate it again.
- Go to the road. The GCPD is fighting T.O. Morrow's lackies. Help them by killing 15 enemies (Chemoids don't count for the objective). While you're fighting you'll find cars with an orange icon above them - these are the cars you need to throw off the bridge, other vehicles won't count for the objective. Interact with and throw 8 cars to complete the objective.
- Once you finish the 2 objectives, go back to Officer Nulty.
Defeat Clownvanity
- Go back through the bridge towards Ace Chemicals until you spot an oil truck, and you'll find Clownvanity on the top of it. He looks identical to Clownsanity, but only fights with his fists. Defeat him to finish the mission.
