Intro
- Ace Chemicals is producing and storing dangerous amounts of toxic waste onsite. Help Steelworks and Envirotech destroy the toxic storage tanks at the Ace Chemicals facility.

- Locate and speak to HAZMAT Higby

- HAZMAT Higby is located at the processing area next to one of the Gotham HAZMAT trucks. He'll give you a Steelworks device to blow up T.O. Morrow's storage tanks.
Mark Tanks + Defeat Goons
- Go to the Ace Chemicals building and look for Large Freon Tanks scattered across the area. You need to interact with 5 of those tanks to complete the objective.
- Additionally, you need to defeat any 8 goons. Those are the human enemies. Chemoids and Chemlings won't count for the objective.
- Go back to HAZMAT Higby when you're done and interact with him, so he can tell you what to do next.

Large Freon TanksDefeat Saturated Chemoid
- Go southwest, you'll find the Saturated Chemoid near the bridge and surrounded by 3 Short Reactor Lab Vats. Its weapon is brawling and it has a "spitting chemical" Primary Attack similar to Chemo's. It'll also use the vats around to heal itself from time to time. Defeat it to complete the mission.
