Overview
- Mogo Sprout
- Blue Light of Hope is a Power Array Augment that grants Blue Lantern abilities.
Background
- Forged by former Guardians Ganthet and Sayd, the Blue Light of Hopes were made in preparation for the prophecy of the first Blackest Night, as the other Guardians ignored its coming. Channeling the light of hope, Blue Light of Hopes have an array of unique powers, such as:
- Negating the powers and effects of red, yellow, orange, and gray lantern rings
- Increasing the power of a green ring, or any other should they choose
- Healing grievous injuries, physical or mental
- Channeling the hope and belief of others
- Showing someone's greatest hope
- No need to recharge, as they draw on their own hope and ambient hope
- Inspiring hope in others
- Being close to the center of the Emotional Spectrum, the blue ring has little influence on its user's mind.

Notes
- This ring presents a new exclusive power interaction: Hope Burns Bright.
- To enjoy all of the benefits of Surging Barrier, players should use the Starbolt iconic ability OR the Hopewave ability (granted by the Blue Light of Hope at rank 2) OR have either of the following powersets: Atomic, Celestial, Light, Munitions, Rage, Water.
- Due to the Dazing Effects interactions, this power array augment is better suited for the following powersets: Atomic, Gadgets, Light, Mental.
- Due to the power effects and additional stats provided, this power array augment is useful for Controllers, but better suited for Healers.
- Although Pacifying Strike applies the debuff to multiple targets like normal controller debuff abilities, it cannot be clipped with group power heals (e.g. Defibrillator, Psychic Empowerment) the way normal debuff abilities (e.g. Sticky Bomb, Phantom Flames) can. If you try to use the power heal after Pacifying Strike, Pacifying Strike will be cancelled, dealing no damage nor applying debuff.
