Attack Buff Powers increase the player damage potential.
A Stat Boost Attack Buff increases one or more character stats such as Might, Precision, Critical Attack Chance or Critical Attack Damage.
A Weapon Proc Attack Buff adds a Might Based Proc to Weapon attacks.
A Group Attack Buff applies a Buff to the caster and 3 group members.
A Power Interaction Attack Buff applies a power interaction effect to Weapon attacks.
